This opportunity would suit mid to senior level Performance Media Managers looking for a new role. With it being an agency-based role, you can expect to work with clients covering a wide range of industries, budgets and target audience personas.
The activity will predominantly be around Google Ads and this is the key area of expertise we are looking for, but social media advertising is also a significant part of your role as Performance Media Manager so you need to have a good level of experience with these channels.

You will have a minimum of 3 years experience, ideally from a client facing agency side role, with a successful track record of leading accounts and achieving outstanding results. This means you will be confident in your own ability and an excellent communicator in person, over the phone and also in written communications.
As a Performance Media Manager you will be responsible for the ideation, creation, execution and performance of the paid traffic strategy in line with the specific objectives of the client and team.
This will involve all paid traffic channels for a variety of clients across multiple industries and with varying budgets.
The right candidate will therefore have experience in paid media, social media advertising and advanced search engine marketing including the use of advanced technologies such as the DoubleClick AI platform.
Strong data analysis is also required as you will regularly draw insights from the data to inform the performance media strategy, create insightful reports and effectively communicate performance and findings to the client as well as internally.
You will also act as a mentor to more junior members of the team and support the Head of Performance Media with their training and development.
